Supporting Families with Neurodivergent Children
At 3D Drumchapel, we provide tailored support for families with children who are neurodivergent. Our services offer guidance, practical strategies, and a safe space for families to connect, share experiences, and build confidence in supporting their child’s unique needs.
We help families to:
-
Understand and celebrate their child’s strengths and differences
-
Access practical tools and strategies for everyday challenges
-
Connect with other families in a supportive, non-judgmental environment
-
Navigate services and resources to meet their child’s needs
-
Our aim is to empower families, nurture children’s development, and ensure every child and family has the opportunity to thrive.
“Kids love it. Helps them socialise more, they have a lot more friends and has helped them understand communication.”
Bounce & Balance
Bounce & Balance is an energetic, engaging session designed to help children develop physical skills, coordination, and confidence through movement and play. Using activities such as balance challenges, jumping games, and interactive exercises, children can have fun while improving their strength, agility, and focus.
The session also encourages social interaction, teamwork, and confidence-building, all in a safe and supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and enjoy being active.

SENsation
SENsation is a fun and supportive session for children with additional support needs (ASN) and their parents or carers to explore, play, and develop skills together. Through sensory activities, creative play, and hands-on experiences, children can build confidence, coordination, and imagination while parents actively join in the fun.
The session also encourages connection, communication, and shared learning, helping families feel supported, included, and empowered in a safe, welcoming environment.
SPACE Peer Support
SPACE provides parents and carers of children with additional support needs (ASN) a welcoming space to come together, share experiences, and offer mutual support. Through conversation, guidance, and peer connection, participants can feel understood, gain practical tips, and build confidence in supporting their child’s needs.
The group helps parents and carers to:
-
Connect with others in similar situations
-
Share strategies and advice for everyday challenges
-
Build supportive friendships and networks
-
Access guidance in a safe, non-judgmental space
SPACE Peer Support offers a friendly, empowering environment where families of children with ASN can feel heard, supported, and part of a caring community.
