One-to-One Support

Perinatal One-to-One Support

Every parent’s journey is different, and sometimes a little extra support can make all the difference. Our one-to-one perinatal work offers personalised support during pregnancy and after your baby is born.

We can help with:

  • Emotional wellbeing, including low mood, anxiety, or stress

  • Building confidence as a new parent

  • Practical advice and guidance tailored to your family

  • Linking you with other services and supports if needed

Whether you need a listening ear, someone to walk alongside you, or practical help to navigate challenges, we’re here to support you and your baby every step of the way.

Children & Family One-to-One Support (Ages 1–12)

Our one-to-one support is designed to help children and their families thrive. Working with children aged 1–12, we offer personalised one-to-one support, tailored to journey with each family through any challenges they may face. This helps nurture emotional wellbeing, build confidence, and develop social and life skills.

Families also benefit from practical guidance, strategies, and resources to manage everyday challenges, strengthen relationships, and create a positive, nurturing home environment.

By working together with parents, carers, and children, we aim to empower families, support healthy development, and ensure every child and family has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Intensive Family One-to-One Support

Our Intensive Family One-to-One Support is designed for families involved with social work intervention, providing tailored, focused support to help navigate complex challenges. Through personalised guidance, practical assistance, and emotional support, we work closely with families to strengthen relationships, improve wellbeing, and create positive outcomes for children.

This support includes:

  • One-to-one sessions with parents and carers

  • Practical assistance with day-to-day challenges

  • Strategies to improve family communication and dynamics

  • Advocacy and guidance to help families engage effectively with social work and other services

Our goal is to provide families with the tools, confidence, and support they need to overcome challenges and create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
