  • Develop healthy lifestyle habits

  • Build confidence and resilience

  • Connect with others in a supportive, welcoming environment

Whether through group sessions, practical workshops, or personalised support, our Health & Wellbeing Programme provides a safe, inclusive space where people can feel empowered to take care of themselves and their families.

Mums Night

Mums Night is a relaxed, social evening for mothers to unwind, connect, and enjoy some well-deserved time for themselves. We offer fun activities designed to enhance and promote wellbeing, giving mums the chance to relax, learn new skills, and boost their confidence.

It’s a welcoming space to share experiences, build friendships, and feel part of a supportive community of local mums.
